Speak Don't Bleed is a Christian online ministry for teen girls ages 12-20 years old who struggle primarily with self injury but also teen pregnancy, past abuse, eating disorders, drug abuse, self esteem issues, peer pressure, ect. The purpose of Speak Don't Bleed is to mentor and give girls a place to turn. A place where they can gain knowledge, support and resources to deal with these tough issues. This is also a place where family and friends can come and learn more about a person who self harms and how to help and not hurt by showing love and support.
