Speak Don't Bleed is a Christian ministry for teen girls ages 12-20 years old who struggle primarily with self injury but also other topics including teen pregnancy, abuse, eating disorders, self esteem, and peer pressure. The purpose of Speak Don't Bleed is to mentor and give girls a place to turn where they can gain knowledge, support and resources to deal with these tough issues. Speak Don't Bleed is also a resource for anyone who knows a teen girl who is struggling, and is seeking support. |
